Costed BOMs from drawings. Invoices matched to jobs. Long-lead parts, ordered on time
Procurement from work order to paid invoice.
Achilles reads the work order and BOM, finds and calls suppliers, drafts the PO for approval, tracks fulfillment and checks every invoice before you pay. Financing and cover on request, through licensed partners. Live in weeks, alongside your ERP.

The problem
Five systems that don't talk, so people reconcile them by hand, every day. ERP, MES, email, Excel and paper each hold part of the truth. The real process lives in a few veterans' heads, and it leaves when they retire.
How we work

Plug into the ERP, MES, inboxes, spreadsheets and paper you already run. Nothing gets ripped out.
Procurement, fulfillment and pricing that hold up on the shop floor.

Procurement that runs: the hard-to-get part, ordered once and on time.
Catalog, supplier calls, live prices, and POs in one process, so cost comes out of the chase.
- SourcingCatalog and alternates, supplier search, long-lead, low-volume and discontinued parts
- QuotesSupplier calls and emails, live prices, lead times and MOQs side by side
- OrderingPOs drafted for approval, follow-ups and ETAs tracked to the dock

Fulfillment that holds: BOMs, work orders and stock that agree.
Clear BOMs, work-order analysis, and a plan of manufacturing. Missing and excess inventory get handled before the job slips.
- BOMsDrawings to costed BOMs, revisions kept in sync with what the floor builds
- Work ordersEvery order checked against stock, capacity and the promised date
- InventoryMissing and excess stock flagged early: what to order now, what ties up cash

Outcome-gated pricing: you pay when a milestone is met.
Every milestone has an acceptance criterion, and payment is gated on it.
- MilestonesAcceptance criteria agreed up front for each step of the engagement
- GatesPayment released only when a milestone passes its criterion
- Audit trailEvidence and approvals recorded for every decision along the way

The platform
What lands in your inbox at 06:00.
Every Monday, one ranked queue: the BOM line that doesn't match the drawing, the invoice that doesn't match the job, the long-lead part nobody ordered. Each comes with the dollar impact, the evidence, the owner and the next action.
See the live demoLong-lead driver still unordered. Job LX-4471 promised in 12 days. The 14-week driver is not on a PO. Zero float.
Invoice doesn't match the job. Supplier invoice for 600 drivers billed to LX-4460. The PO and the receipt say LX-4471. Routed to one approver.
Drawing changed, BOM didn't. Rev C of the diffuser drawing moved two positions. The BOM still lists Rev B parts. Job promised Friday.

FAQ
Questions plants ask first
No. Achilles runs alongside the ERP, MES, inboxes and spreadsheets you already have. It reads from them, reconciles them, and writes back only what a person approves.
Mid-market suppliers one tier below the OEMs: grid and power, data centers, biopharma and food, and machines and tools. Today that means metal fabrication and finishing, food and protein processing, industrial assembly, and precision machining. Inside the plant, we work with the veterans who know how the work gets done, and with operations, engineering, procurement and finance.
Weeks. Two workflows run in production today: costed BOMs from drawings, and invoices matched to jobs. Long-lead parts is next. A paid pilot starts on one broken workflow with one champion.
Your data stays yours. We keep it in an isolated tenant, encrypted in transit and at rest, with every access logged. We use it only to run your workflows, not to train models or sell it, and you can revoke access or delete it at any time. More in our Security and Privacy pages.
We prepare the PO, invoice and delivery record a lender or insurer needs, and help both sides manage the risk. Financing and insurance are provided by licensed partners and are available on request.
Before payment, Achilles checks every supplier invoice for a changed supplier bank account, a duplicate invoice, a price or quantity that does not match the PO and receipt, and an invoice with no job. Every flag goes to a person to approve.
