Proces, który nadal obsługują Państwo ręcznie
Dlaczego wyceny i realizacja zamówień wciąż wstrzymują prace — i co się zmienia, gdy zaopatrzenie wreszcie zaczyna działać sprawnie.

The expensive work is the process nobody automated: price it, order it, fulfill it. It lives in a catalog folder, a supplier voicemail, a spec PDF, and someone's head.
This is the unautomated-process problem.
Why it happens
Midmarket plants still run pricing and fulfillment by hand. Catalogs are folders. Specs are PDFs. Supplier answers live in voicemail. Rare and long-lead parts get bought twice, or not at all. The people who should be buying are stuck chasing.
What changes when the process is live
When catalog, ordering, and fulfillment are live (not last week's sheet), three things happen:
- 01You stop double-buying parts already allocated to another job
- 02Rare and hard-to-get items get priced and ordered while there is still time
- 03Missing and excess inventory become a decision, not a surprise
The companies that build this layer first will have a durable operational advantage. The process layer is the moat, not the models.
